How My Journey Began
I graduated from Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts with a focus on Digital and Media Arts. Having a strong background in customer relations, design, and event management from previous roles as an International Flight Attendant, Freelance Media Artist, Youth Mentor, and Artist Manager for local Detroit musicians has given me many experiences that have shaped who I am today. I’ve worked overseas in Jakarta, Indonesia for a year and have experience working with international companies such as Honda. I am a lover and supporter of many visual, performing, and culinary arts as a means to stay connected to the conversation of what culture is and how it is defined in my hometown city Detroit, Michigan. For to be a designer or an artist in any field, in many ways, is to be a historian, a storyteller, and a voice for communities.
I’d like to believe I am an excellent storyteller, and I look forward to bringing you the many inspirational narratives of our communities, cultures, or projects. You can typically find me performing at a live music show, but if you’ve got an itch to speak with me now, you can always contact me here.
